D347 yeast strain is very neutral in both taste & aroma, especially in wheat, light barley malts, potato and starch based fermentations.

Please note that the D347 yeast strain is a low density yeast and therefore only available in 85g and 450g jars, NOT the standard 100g and 500g jars.
